Join the conversation! Register now to attend Artscape’s 2014 webinar series, featuring Artscape’s Pru Robey in conversation with four unique innovators in Creative Placemaking. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions of some of North America’s most successful Creative Placemaking organizations.

Artscape is pleased to announce its 2014 webinar series, part of ArtsBuild Ontario's two-year program to assist arts organizations with the online and in-person learning, tools, resources and software they need to address their knowledge and capacity impediments around managing, renewing and developing their facilities.

Since 1986, Artscape has developed a reputation as Canada's leading practitioner in multi-tenant space development for the arts and culture sector, successfully transforming a portfolio of underutilized buildings across Toronto into dynamic community assets. Artscape projects are designed to build and leverage the local community's cultural assets and creative resources while serving as catalysts for neighborhood growth and transformation.

Artscape’s practice is known as Creative Placemaking, an evolving field of practice that intentionally leverages the power of the arts, culture and creativity to serve a community’s interest while driving a broader agenda for change, growth and transformation in a way that also builds character and quality of place.

In 2014, Artscape’s Pru Robey, Director of the Creative Placemaking Lab, will sit down with the organizations behind some of the most innovative and exciting Creative Placemaking practice in North America, including:
