Call for Proposals Information Form Template

The Call for Proposals Information Form is used to keep track of all supporting documents, and is filled out by purchasers or tenants interested in renting or buying space in a facility.

The Call for Proposals (CFP) document is the tool Artscape uses to seek applicants as tenants for new projects. Similar to a Request for Proposals (RFP) the objective of the CFP is to generate a pool of applicants for space, to select from this pool and ultimately to complete leasehold agreements with selected applicants.
 
Typically Artscape requires applicants to complete an information form as part of their submission. The information form provides a useful summary of the information the advisory committee and Artscape requires in the full submission. Click here to download.
